I'll start with this. The video and picture quality isn't the greatest. Some newer cell phones will rival this in quality. However for the price of this camera I'm not overly worried about damaging the camera. I use both the suction cup mount and a helmet mount and have had no problems being exposed to 150+ mph at the race track. The cam lets you capture moments where you never thought possible. I've also found it to be a useful tool to refer back to and see exactly what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong. There will be some trial and error when you first get the camera to aim it and figure the controls out, but after a while you will have a better eye at aiming it. Pick up some lithium AAA batteries.
